The bone cancer is different from other cancers of the body. This type of cancer starts its infection from the bone. Among the parts of the body, arms and legs are the most common part where the bone cancer exists. This type of cancer is found mainly in adults, as compared to children. Children are very rarely affected by this disease. This cancer has been given a particular name as sarcomas. There are basically three types of bone cancer which are named as Ewing’s sarcoma, osteosarcoma and chondrosarcoma.

Ewing’ sarcoma is found in a person of age group 10 to 25 years. This cancer usually affects the long bones and hipbones of a person. It has been seen that teen-agers are mostly affected by this type of cancer. The second one is Osteosarcoma, which is found to be the most common type of bone cancer. This bone cancer mainly affects men, as compared to woman, and is found mainly in the age group of 10 to 25 years. The third type is Chondrosarcoma, which affects the joints and cartilage of the body. This type of cancer is also found mainly in adults.

Bone Cancer in Children

The most of the cancer affects the bone of the children. The most common type of cancer in children is Osteosarcoma. Children between 6 to 26 years are mainly affected with this disease. In children, boys are mostly affected by bone cancer, as compared to girls.

Symptoms of Bone Cancer in Children

The symptoms of the bone cancer in children sometimes changes as per the physical structure and stamina. The most common symptoms of bone cancer are as follows:

•   Limping
•   Swelling and Tenderness
•   Painful Lifting
•   Muscular Asymmetry
•   Unusual weight loss

cancer is the disease in which abnormal growth of cells, which is without control and are able to invade other tissue also. There are near about 100 different types of cancer are available. The human body is made up of hundreds of millions of living cells. Normally body cells grow, divide and die in particular time span. When person become adults the cells grow only for replace the dead cells.
But in cancer the cells are divide and grow out of control. There are many types of cancer but the basic cause of cancer is the excessive growth of cells which is out of control.
How cancer spread?
The cancer cells often travel through out the body. The cells where they grow, at this point the normal tissue are replaced by the cancer tissue/cells and they form a tumor this processes is called as the metastasis. This stage is occurred because when cancer cells get into the bloodstream.
Types of cancer?
The cancer types are grouped into the various categories. The main category as follow.
1)Carcinoma – The cancer which is start in the skin and cover internal organ.
2)Sarcoma – The cancer which is start in the bone, fat, muscle, bloodvessels.
3)Leukemia – The cancer which is start in the blood forming tissue as bone marrow.
4) Lymphoma and Myeloma – The cancer strat from the cells of immune system.
5) Central nervous system cancers – cancer which is strat in brain and spinal cord.
cancer cause by smoking -
cigarette smoking can cause atleatst 30% of all cancer death. It is linked with risk of increasing the cancer like lung, larynx, oral cavity, stomach etc. smoking is responsible for almost 9 out of 10 lungs cancer death.
chewing tobacco is also one reason for cancer. Mainly the product which contain the tobacco that are responsible for the cancer.
Diagnosis
There are no single test to diagnosis the cancer. There are blood test, urinalysis, tumor markers, prostate-specific antigen (PSA), prostatic acid phosphatase (PAP), CA 125, carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG), CA 19-9, CA 27-29, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), neuron-specific enolase (NSE) to diagnosis the cancer.

Tumors that are not cancer
Not all tumors are cancerous. The tumeros that are not cancer called as benign.
this tumerous also causes the problem. But they are not a life threatening problems.
